I love this place - they almost always do an amazing job. I have a lot of neck pain and have to get massages often. I always feel loose after a session with them.
I will never come back here—this was the worst massage I’ve ever had. I told the therapist three times to ease up on my shoulders and neck, and he completely ignored me. Now my shoulder hurts, and I’m uncomfortable. Worse, I specifically said I have a birth control implant in my arm and asked him not to touch that area—he did anyway. That’s unacceptable and completely unprofessional. I wasted my money on this awful experience. If you can’t listen to your customers, go work elsewhere before you hurt someone Update (9 PM): I contacted the manager, requested a full refund, and filed a complaint, about the experience. They processed my refund quickly, and understood what was going on and I am appreciative of her professionalism
Went to get my arm rubbed. Dude started on my back. Told him no only my arm. Went started on my arm then tried to up sell a 10$ rubbing product. I said no. To add insult to injury he stopped my 15 minute arm rub 2 minutes early. My arm still hurts. Never again
